To ensure your orders arrive on time, we recommend placing all holiday orders by December 1st. This helps us account for increased demand and delivery times during this busy season.

Why Order Early? Due to high demand and seasonal shipping delays, ordering early is the best way to guarantee that your items arrive in time for Christmas. Orders placed after December 1st may experience delays and could arrive after the holiday.

FREE SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND ON ORDERS OVER $99

In order to keep our price as low as possible and to continue to offer a FREE DELIVERY SERVICE on orders over $80 around Australia and New Zealand on our arts and crafts supplies, we have been able to source a wide range of craft products from around the world. As a result of this, our shipping times vary between 7 to 30 days from time of dispatch. Most of the time your item will arrive within 2 weeks - but I do give an extra 2 weeks buffer to try and avoid disappointment. 

Orders under $80 will have a standard flat rate of $12 per order.

*Free delivery or shipping to New Zealand does not apply for certain product ranges including but not limited to Mad Resin, Drippy Resin and Kits, Kids Art Kits & Mandala Mosaic Kits.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I WOULD LIKE MY ORDER SENT EXPRESS?

Please send an email to craftoutletshop@gmail.com with the item you are after and I will try my best to see if there is a faster way to get your art supplies to you quicker! Please Note there may be additional fees and charges to do so. 

 

CAN I SHIP TO A POST OFFICE BOX?

Unfortunately our freight team cannot deliver to a Post Office Box. Please use a physical address when placing your order. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if applicable) which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

POST OFFICE COLLECTIONS

On the occasion that you are not home when Australia Post or any other delivery partner can not find a safe place to drop off your parcel, you will receive a collection notification or 'sorry we missed you' card from your local post office with the details of your parcel collection. Please collect your parcel as soon as possible to ensure your parcel is not sent back or lost in the system. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you fail to collect the parcel in time from the collection point, then Pixel Projects T/A Craft Outlet Australia holds no responsibility of retrieving the parcel or any costs involved to track or replace missing returns.

 

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER FOR ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

DUTIES AND TAXES

  • When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. This only applies to some countries and is dependent on the laws of the country you live in.
  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we only charge for the transportation fee for your order.
  • Craft Outlet Australia does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
  • The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Australia), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
  • If a product is seized and destroyed by customs, or returned to Australia, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Craft Outlet Australia.

 

SELF SERVE TRACKING

We have a built in tracking system that you can use at anytime to see where your items are throughout its journey to you. We will also send you email notifications along the way. Simply go to Track My Order, enter in the details to get a LIVE tracking status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at craftoutletshop@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
