The instructions unclear, the image included in instructions is washed out making it hard to match the colours. Overall exceptionally disappointed with the products I purchased, including that there’s a lack of transparency about the products (from what I can tell, they’re essentially drop shipped, taking a long time to arrive, unclear instructions and images)
